Independent films don't really stand a chance whatwith Hollywood hogging the market.

But what if Hollywood stopped existing?

Even just for a while.  It would provide the perfect opportunity for alternative filmmakers to jump in there and fulfill people's craving for motion picture entertainment.

It is therefore that I recommend we all support the entire Hollywood strike.  More here:

This strike, should it happen, may not only give alternative entertainment producers a month to supply humanity with filmed entertainment, but hopefully will give the Hollywood film industry a permanent, or at least semi-permanent financial blow.

Markets lost might be lost for a long time, if all goes well.

So, get ready to release your films like you've never released them before.  People are going to get very hungry for filmed entertainment, whatwith no more Hollywood movies and television series!  Yay!

Be sure to make use of this golden window of opportunity, and we can become the creators of culture, instead of that sick cesspool of sickos!

Well, here's hoping Hollywood, and with Hollywood we mean the entire established worldwide major studio system, actually goes through with this nonsensical strike, and inadvertently destroys itself with its arrogance and exagerrated sense of importance and necessity.

SUPPORT THE HOLLYWOOD STRIKE!

Sounds wrooflicious!

But we all know those hollywood bubbledwellers are all bark and no bite.  Probably no strike shall actually follow.  Bummer.
