Just curious, what you folks editing your movies with?

And when it comes to edit 4k, do you do it online or offline?
I believe offline is the way to go, it always had. Basically offline editing should be the way to edit high resolution images as well, but hardware manufacturers and software developers decided it was not a good idea. It's better for them we buy more powerful computers periodically!

I'm editing with adobe premiere CC, on an i7 PC with 32 gigs of RAM. Apart from my GoPro footage, I rarely fool around with 4K video. I recently edited a two-minute testimonial, for a medical company, shot on a Panasonic GH4. Color correction and greenscreen keying nearly choked my computer.

I still using Adobe cs6 even for 4K as is. My computers are i7

I agree with SV Bell; do an off line edit first..  I'm using Premiere pro CC.
