I don't recall of anyone ever had injuries on my film sets, fortunately. Even on Crawler, some days we were over 90 people on set, everything went smoothly. *knock on wood*

I was working as a security guard on a set back in the 90's when Avenging Angel was being shot in Morgan, Utah.  The continuity woman twisted her ankle and I carried her to a chair..  I stayed with her for a while and we talked about script continuity..  Most of my film eductation came from impromptu lectures like that with professionals who were kind enough to share with me...  Now if I could just find a way for them to talk to me without me having to resort to making them twist their ankle  ;)
