Great work Johnny!
I also dig the sound design you made, on top of awesome cinematography.
As Mike pointed out, it's still unclear what the film is all about, maybe you can simply add some text cards or supers, instead of recuting the segment.
And I also second that, the title is a bit hard to remember, Project E would be perfect, or maybe Alpha Project. It's for the sole purpose of convenience for the audience, you don't need to change it all over the movie.

Unclear what the film is all about? You kidding me?
What I got was that it's about people going blind due to a bacterial thingy, and then some elite probably wants to fight those who are a danger to law and order and their business interests. So they make this super team who can see as long as they wear their glasses and then they kind of fight fight fight fight fight and the film is about the fighting scenes and fighting choreography.
It was pretty obvious. Pfff, asif you people haven't seen this and similar stories over and over and over and over again. Now just because it's Johnny Whu, suddenly you are film illiterate and extra critical about "what the film is about".
Modern films aren't about something. They're just a bunch of cool looking things stringed together. No story, just some idea of something mishmash whutever. I think Johnny Whu nailed it. Even to the point where most of the actors' unconvincibilaty doesn't matter because it's not what the film is about.
As for the title, it's that darn George Lucas who started the whole "Let's put a bunch of numbers into a title and get praises for it" fad that never died out.
If this film isn't too long, which it probably is, I'd give it my approval, says my hunch.
